    @CarlPaulus The Supreme Court’s “sterile rules” are literally “your state govt should write the rules rather than the Supreme Court” so the problem is Wisconsin legislators or the hospital. It is definitely not the Supreme Court. https://t.co/KUKMWAM7ey
