I read "Mountains Beyond Mountains" in college; it changed me. Dr. Paul Farmer taught all of us doctors that healing individuals wasn't enough--that we had a responsibility to heal societies. Interviewing him on #AmericaDissected was a highlight for me. He will be missed.
