    @DavidEggert00 Michigan Supreme Court strikes down a Republican 2018 law that imposed a 15% cap on ballot drive signatures that can be used from any 1 of Michigan’s congressional districts. Also strikes down requirement that collectors filed a signed affidavit disclosing they're being paid.
