Less mask requirements for vaccinated —> more verification to prevent transmissions —> more vaccine incentive —> more vaccine —> less COVID. That’s the strategy. But could obviously backfire if 1) unvacced free-ride w/o masks or 2) a variant emerges that’s vacc resistant. 4/4
