   .@SecPompeo is shamelessly trying to play to what’s left of Trump’s base by smearing leading human rights orgs like @amnestyusa, @OxfamAmerica, & @hrw. It’s rich considering human rights abuses at home & abroad flourished under Pompeo. Now we know why.
