    Lemme dissect this nonsense for a sec: “The excess mortality rate is among the best in the whole world.” Excess means “excessive.” Excessive mortality can not be “the best in the world” because it ALREADY MEANS “MORE DEATHS.” 7 months in and the dude has NO F*CKING CLUE.
