   Ultimately, to avoid a back-forth cycle of #SocialDistancing for #COVID19, we’ll need 1 of these 3: 1) mass testing + contact-tracing + isolation 2) digital surveillance + isolation 3) a vaccine 3 is long in coming; 2 violates civil liberties. So we STILL need more tests ASAP.
