   Viruses don’t discriminate, PEOPLE do. Structural racism & epidemic poverty have laid the conditions for #COVID19 to hit communities of color hardest in places like Detroit & NOLA. It’s another reason why beating #COVID19 means policy change that should have come LONG ago.
