   In Spain, 12% of those testing (+) for #COVIDー19 are healthcare workers. Meanwhile, American healthcare workers don’t have personal protective equipment OR tests. We need to activate the Defense Production Act to get PPE, test kits, and ventilators to the frontlines STAT.
