@HowardMarkel - not sure why the hurtful language here. But, I have an MD and a PhD in Public Health. I've published extensively in epidemiology. I've led/rebuilt a health department where we actively responded to ID outbreaks. Would say that qualifies, no? Also, did I misspeak?
